I finally used our home grown oregano and basil in
homemade spaghetti sauce enhanced with a
basic white sauce that serves as a
substitute for cream of "whatever" soup! Here are some pictures of the herbs from pot to sauce :).

We finally bought some chicken! (Did I mention that since I began to use
More With Less cookbook, I've only had to buy meat TWICE?? I need to check, but I'm pretty sure it's been AT LEAST two months!)
I hate dealing with raw chicken, and again, thanks to More With Less Cookbook, I have even more ways I can use already cooked, chopped chicken!
